About Me and my healing journey

Hello. My name is Bea, and I am grateful to share this journey of healing, balance, and transformation with you.

My work is rooted in a deep trust in the body’s wisdom and in the innate capacity we all carry to return to wholeness. From a young age, I felt the world intensely. My sensitivity often overwhelmed me, and for a long time I didn’t know how to navigate it. Yet my curiosity about my inner world never faded. It quietly guided me toward practices that honour the body, the breath, and the subtle layers of our being.

Over the years, this journey led me to explore modalities that recognise the interconnectedness of life: Amanae emotional bodywork, Ayurveda, Yoga (Kundalini, Ashtanga, Yin), and Meditation. Each one became a teacher, offering me tools to understand myself more deeply and to support others with compassion and clarity.

After teaching yoga and meditation for several years, I encountered Amanae — a moment that changed the direction of my life. Later, Ayurveda crossed my path again and again, especially during moments when conventional medicine had no answers. Its wisdom supported me through difficult times, and my fascination grew until I eventually committed to becoming an Ayurvedic Health Counsellor.

Cooking has been a lifelong passion, and Ayurveda opened a new dimension within it — understanding food not only as nourishment, but as prana, as energy, as medicine. When we work together, this love naturally weaves into our sessions through recipes, meal plans, and simple, grounding cooking practices.

Through training, practice, and accompanying many individuals, I’ve come to see that true healing doesn’t come from outside. It unfolds when we create space to listen within. Over time, I began to see how these modalities — bodywork, Ayurveda, yoga, meditation, food — form a larger picture, a holistic map back to balance and joy.

This is how Sherpa of Life was born: from the intention to offer a grounded, heart‑centred, integrative approach to healing.

My role is to walk beside you, holding a safe, compassionate space where your own healing process can unfold at its natural pace.
