This Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered by Sherpa of Life, including 1‑on‑1 sessions, workshops, and group events. By booking a service, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

1. 1‑on‑1 Sessions (Ayurveda, Amanae, Yoga, Meditation)

• Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 24 hours in advance: No fee applies.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session: The session is charged in full.

• No‑show (absence without notice): The session is charged in full.

These conditions ensure fairness and respect for the time reserved for your personal guidance.

2. Workshops & Group Events

Workshops require significant preparation, material planning, and limited‑seat allocation. The following rules apply:

2.1 Cancellation Deadlines

• More than 1 week before the workshop: No cancellation fee.

• Within 1 week of the workshop date: 50% of the workshop fee is due.

• Within 24 hours or no‑show: 100% of the workshop fee is due.

2.2 Deposits

Some workshops require a non‑refundable deposit, determined on a case‑by‑case basis and communicated at registration.

• If cancelled within 1 week of the workshop or in case of no‑show: The deposit is retained.

• If cancelled more than 1 week in advance: The deposit may be refunded or transferred to another workshop, depending on the event’s specific conditions.

3. Rescheduling

Where possible, Sherpa of Life will offer rescheduling options. Rescheduling follows the same deadlines and fees as cancellations.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

If you experience an emergency or unforeseen event, please contact Sherpa of Life as soon as possible. Consideration may be offered at our discretion.

5. Agreement

By booking a session or workshop, you acknowledge and accept this Cancellation Policy.
